Community Guidelines

AgonX is a global community where people come together to share perspectives and engage in live discussions. These guidelines help everyone have a safe and positive experience. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or permanent suspension.

Be Respectful

Treat every user with dignity. You can disagree with someone's perspective without attacking them personally. Focus on ideas, not individuals. Healthy discussions thrive on mutual respect.

No Harassment or Bullying

Targeted harassment, intimidation, or persistent unwanted contact is not tolerated. This includes dogpiling, coordinated attacks, and creating accounts to evade blocks.

No Threats or Violence

Do not threaten violence against any individual or group. Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence is strictly prohibited. This includes threats made "as a joke."

No Fraud or Scams

Do not use AgonX to deceive others for financial gain, distribute misleading information with harmful intent, or operate fraudulent schemes. This includes fake giveaways and phishing attempts.

No Impersonation

Do not pretend to be another person, organization, or entity in a misleading way. Parody and fan accounts must be clearly labeled as such.

Respect Privacy

Do not share other people's personal information without their consent. This includes real names, addresses, phone numbers, private photos, or any identifying details (commonly known as "doxxing").

Respect Intellectual Property

Do not post content that you do not have the right to share. Respect copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. If you receive a valid takedown request, cooperate promptly.

Protect Minors

AgonX requires users to be at least 16 years of age. Content that exploits or endangers minors is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to appropriate authorities. This is a zero-tolerance policy.

No Malicious Activity

Do not use AgonX to distribute malware, conduct phishing attacks, or exploit platform vulnerabilities. Do not attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users.

No Platform Abuse

Do not abuse AgonX features for purposes they were not designed for. This includes artificially manipulating the Comet economy, spamming spaces, using automated tools to interact with the platform, or creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

How Reporting Works

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, you can report it directly from the platform. Reports are reviewed by our team, and action is taken based on the severity and context of the violation. Your identity as a reporter is kept confidential.

How Moderation Works

AgonX uses a combination of automated systems and human review to enforce these guidelines. Automated systems help flag potential violations in real-time, and our team reviews escalated cases. We aim to be fair and consistent in our enforcement.

How Appeals Work

If you believe an action was taken against your account in error, you can submit an appeal. We will review your appeal and respond with our decision. We acknowledge that moderation is not perfect and we take appeals seriously.
