1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgonX ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use AgonX. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If we become aware that a user is under 16, we will terminate their account.

3. Description of Service

AgonX is a real-time arena platform that allows users to participate in timed, live discussions on various topics. We provide the infrastructure for these interactions, including point systems (Comets), space creation, and real-time moderation.

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

5. User Conduct & Content

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Post content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or violates any third party's rights.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform.
  • Attempt to manipulate the Comet economy or voting systems.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Share other users' personal information without consent.

We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any account that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion. For detailed content standards, see our Community Guidelines.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

AgonX employs both automated and manual moderation tools. By participating on the platform, you acknowledge that your messages may be scanned by automated systems to enforce our community guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its original content, features, and design, are owned by AgonX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform for the purpose of operating the service.

8. Privacy

Your use of AgonX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

AgonX is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
